3D laser applique is a decorative technique for all products that require a pop-up effect.

The 3D Applique effect is obtained by combining laser cutting and embroidery with materials of variable density and thickness: usually EVA – Ethylene Vinyl Acetate, foam rubber, lenci cloth.

Information about 3D Applique laser

When we talk about 3D decorations in the textile sector, we can refer to various styles and processing techniques: 

Embossing, which works as an underlying filling for materials like fabric or leather, or 3D applique, in which the thickness of the material itself becomes the decorative element. This is usually achieved with felt or EVA foam.
Executing this type of decoration with a laser is very simple; it starts with a simple stitch along the edge of the material that will act as thickness, depending on the chosen style. It will then be necessary to use a TNT (non-woven fabric) support as reinforcement.
