High frequency sheet laminating machine

This versatile machine is the perfect tool to customize the production of plastic frames from sheet stock. With this technology it is easy to laminate two different color sheets with a silk-screened decorative layer between them.
This machine is really flexible and allows you to choose the part you want to heat, to regulate power from 0 to 100% and to manage time of exposure thanks to a timer. This possibility to manage the heating process will ensure homogeneous and appropriate heating of each piece.

The work cycle consists in:

• Step 1: heating and gluing
• Step 2: water cooling of the plates after processing
